Question 1

What are peptides?

Accepted Answer

Peptides are short chains of amino acids. Many act as signaling molecules — they interact with receptors on cells to trigger specific biological responses. Different peptides have very different structures and functions, so the individual molecule is what matters.

Question 2

What are research peptides?

Research peptides are synthetic or naturally-derived chemical compounds used in laboratory in-vitro research settings. They are sold strictly for research use and are not intended for human or veterinary consumption or any therapeutic application.
