All products sold by getapep LLC are classified as Research Use Only (RUO). By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are a qualified researcher purchasing for legitimate in-vitro laboratory research. 3. Eligibility & Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years of age and affiliated with a licensed laboratory, research institution, or commercial research organization to register an account. You agree to provide accurate, current information during registration and to maintain the security of your account credentials.

4. Orders & Pricing

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. getapep reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion, including where product availability, pricing errors, or policy concerns are identified. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on getapep.com — including text, product descriptions, imagery, and analytical data — is the property of getapep LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

getapep LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, products or this website. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product in dispute. Products are provided for research purposes without warranty of fitness for any particular application.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.
