Domestic Shipping
We ship within the contiguous United States only. No international orders at this time.
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation.
Standard fulfillment uses overnight or 2-day cold-pack shipping via FedEx or UPS to preserve compound integrity.
A tracking number will be provided via email upon shipment.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
Temperature & Handling
Compounds are shipped with appropriate cold-pack materials to maintain storage specifications during transit.
Upon receipt, immediately transfer products to the storage conditions specified on the product page and Certificate of Analysis.
getapep is not responsible for degradation caused by improper storage after delivery.
Delivery Issues
If your shipment is lost or significantly delayed, contact info@getapep.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier disruptions, weather events, or incorrect addresses provided by the purchaser.
Refused or undeliverable shipments due to purchaser error will not be refunded for shipping costs.
Returns & Refunds
Returns are only accepted for incorrect or damaged products. See our Refund Policy for full details.
Do not return any product without written authorization from getapep.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases of fulfillment error.
